Reich Partnership and Matthews Roofing have been working together since 1996. From sub-zero cooler sections to manufacturer’s office and garage roofs, Matthews has provided complete tear-off, insulations and maintenance for this project throughout the years. The large multi truss sections were a challenge because of the numerous gravel sections that had to be removed. With this we were able to reduce stress and load on the wood truss members. The modified bitumen with the aluminum roof coating reduced maintenance and air conditioning costs.
