Matthews Roofing has provided Chicago Spotlight with services including repairs, new skylights and complete roof systems since 1995. The new roof section included a complete tear off to a solid substrate. Then two layers of 1-1/2” Isocyanurate insulation board was mechanically fastened. GAF was the choice of TPO membrane used to keep the building cool and eliminating the need for coating every 3-years. We appreciate the partnership with Chicago Spotlight and the opportunity to work with them to create a water proof roof.
